The Rutgerson RU-1530-11-05E M10 Thread for E-Gate Battcars have M10 thread adapters and stainless steel articulated bases. They have been adapted to fit Seldéns older masts with an E-gate (see photo) so the battcar can easily be inserted or removed. The E-gate is quite small, meaning the standard battcars do not fit when inserted into the mast. The part of the battcar that slides inside the mast profile is shorter.
This industry standard M10 thread means these slides can be used with most other manufacturers receptacles whilst also allowing replacements and upgrades to be offered to existing customers.
If using the RU-1530-11-xx Series cars, then please ensure the correct Selden/Kemp mast gate is fitted. Please contact your Selden mast dealer for more information.
