The Clamcleat Leech Line Cleat is a low profile nylon cleat for sewing or riveting onto sails and technical fabrics. Can also be used on flag poles and tubes. Can be mounted in two positions on the sail. The tooth design allows a quick, positive lock that is easy to release, added to its low profile it is an ideal cleat for adjusting leech lines.
The aluminium version of this cleat is the the CL258. If you require a cleat for the other side of a sail, look at the CL214W.
Use a backplate when riveting onto fabric as it will prevent the rivet pulling through. Backplate sold separately or as complete kit CL212+PR.
For use with 2 - 5mm line.
