Designed for shear resistance when seaming laminate sails and Maxx sails. The cloth carrier construction and pure acrylic glue system out preforms all other seaming tapes for shear resistance.
On Maxx sails use minimum of 1mm of seam width for every foot of boat length and three rows of three step zig-zag stitching. Increase the head seams and clew seams by 25% with an extra row of three step zig-zag for optimum seam performance.
