The 1600 series receptacles are machined from solid aluminium and hard anodized black. The battens load at the front via the unique button quick release cover plate which requires no tools, simplifying the task.
Available in either an M10 or M12 thread and also with titanium bolts for use with carbon sails. Batten tension is adjusted via an M10 bolt.
The Bantam range have been designed for boats ranging from 45ft up to 55ft. For boats 55ft upwards the Limousine batten receptacles are reccomended. Pairing the Bantam with the Limousine battcar offers a high load solution, but when at the smaller end of the boat range pairing with a high load Battcar (1535/6) is also suitable.
