Rutgerson clewblocks come with a 60mm, 80mm and 100mm removable acetal sheaves with either silver or black anodised cheek plates. The webbing slots are smoothly rounded in order to prevent chaffing and the slots angled to line up with the aspect ratio of the sail.
The sheave can easily be removed by unscrewing the M5 bolt that assembles the construction through the stainless steel socket for maintenance and repair.
The high working loads often present the option to reduce the sheave size therefore minimising sail weight and costs, making these blocks ideal for boats up to 65 ft.
