The Rutgerson composite headboards are extremely light, yet fulfill the most stringent demands on strength and durability. A combination of new composite and new manufacturing techniques means maximum strength and minimum weight.

The composite headboards have smooth rounded edges to prevent wear and aid in easy handling. Their asymmetric design means each headboard can be rotated and used for two different sized applications. Leech blocks and hinges are available.

Use 4.5/4.8mm rivets and 14mm or 19mm liners. NB Do NOT overpress liners!
